Access HR Online – Your Employment Resource


Check our HR Online (HRO) – our web-based Human Resources resource is at http://eservices.paychex.com

To access your individual information simply follow these steps:

  • Enter the Company ID which is 0430-j006
  • Enter
    • User Name: first initial of your last name plus your last name (same as email)
    • Password: initials of your first and last names capitalized plus the last four digits of your Social Security Number (for example, John Doe SSN: 987-65-1234 = JD1234)
    • You will then be prompted to change your password. Be sure to use one that you will remember or write it down so that you can retrieve it if you need to.

You can access your individual and company employment related information on HR Online at any time, for example:

  • Compensation
    • View your Paycheck Information – Check History
      click on any check date to see pay stub details (from January 2013 to present)
    • Tax Status
    • Print W-2 Forms
  • Company Information
    • Employee Handbook – Obtain Copies of Manuals
      (Be sure to sign the Acknowledgement for each)
      • Employee Handbook
      • Environmental Health & Safety Manual
      • Safety Handbook
      • Motor Vehicle Policies
      • Ethics and Business Conduct Policies
    • Obtain copies of CFM documents, posters, website links & more
    • Obtain employment and company forms
  • Personal Information – Update your
    • Home Information
    • Emergency Contacts
  • Training, etc.
    • Training – With expiration date(s), if applicable
    • Skills – Actually Clearance Information
